How To Order

All products featured on this website are available to order online. We have a simple and fast shopping path and by ordering online from here you can be sure of receiving the most accurate information on genuine Reebok branded products directly from Reebok.

Pricing & Payment Policy

We operate a transparent pricing policy and as such all of our prices include applicable taxes such as VAT. We accept all major credit and debit cards on this website. Please note that as this store is managed and provided by Reebok Fitness, your credit card statement will reflect this name for all purchases made on the site.

Our policy is to only charge a credit card when the goods ordered are in stock and ready to ship.

Delivering Your Goods

We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible with the vast majority of small items being delivered within 2-3 working days. On rare occasions stock may delayed and when this happens a member of the support team will be in touch to advise of the delays or recommend a suitable alternative. We aim to deliver all orders within no more than 30 days of your order. If any of the items that you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you on either your provided e-mail address or the phone number in order to advise you of this and to offer suitable advice and alternatives.

We use a range of delivery methods to send you your goods in the quickest possible way. For items weighing in excess of 50kg, we use a dedicated 2 man delivery service to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. On these occasions a member of the team will contact you before processing your order to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date.
